Thank you Dr Combrinck and Dr Kladnitski for listening, empathising and being proactive in diagnosing me with and treating me for endometriosis after years of being dismissed and convinced to "accept" my suffering and concerns by others. I like that there is a multi disciplinary approach and that staff are also able to refer you on to other trusted allied health professionals. It feels holistic and genuine.
I underwent a Hysteroscopy, and throughout the process, I was made to feel well-informed and supported by the professional team at Simply Women. From the initial scans to the procedure being performed, it took only 4 months, which was such a quick turnaround. Dr. Jones was wonderful, not only is she experienced but she is also compassionate and understanding. I cannot recommend this clinic enough. Thank you.
They gave me an appointment in 4 MONTHS time, when I asked explanation about why it would have taken so long to see a doctor, the lady on the phone rudely told me that who assessed my case put it as non urgent. I asked for more informations about the reason why, as my gp said I should have get surgery, she was talking to me in a very abrupt way saying she didn’t know anything. Wonderful GPs and the reception ladies are so lovely! It's such a weight lifted off my shoulders to find a cebtre for women, by women who care about you!
As the patients husband, I wasted my time trying to support my wife because I was dismissed at the door from hearing what the doctor had to stay. I won't waste my time in future.
