What a great experience! They texted me before my appointment to explain my insurance co-pays and when I asked what I expected to pay out of pocket they told me precisely! My autistic son and I needed quite a bit of patience through the tests and it was given freely. Dr was great at explaining everything and came up with an elegant solution to my aging eye problem that doctors have not addressed in the past.
Incredible service and care! They make it very easy to get the appointments you need and help find the best option for your eyes. Highly recommended!
Really great experience. The doctor was attentive, easy to talk to, and actually took the time to explain things clearly. She noticed my night-vision issues during the exam, which no one else had ever brought up. I left feeling like I finally had a clear understanding of my prescription.
