Every single person I have dealt with at this clinic has been incredibly professional, kind, competent, and had excellent communication. Everything is explained very well. I was terrified of anything involving a spinal injection, but my procedures have been done very well, with a lot of compassion and care for my comfort, and great sensitivity to both my physical and emotional experiences of the procedures. This is a young personable doctor however I find that his nurses are incompetent and lacking bedside manners. Nurse Michelle Kullman a very young nurse was extremely rude to me and totally unprofessional and did not bother to follow up to give me the care I need. The front office staff also do not know what they are doing when checking in. It took a long time to check in and they were checking with each other if they are doing the right thing on the computer and where to press buttons. I do not recommend this practice. Kyle Silva is a young very personable doctor who appears to know his job well. The supporting staff is equally friendly and knowledgeable. In my case however I found the preliminary injections of the first visit quite difficult to endure, and the next day I was in significantly worth shape than previously. I'm not a professional medical person only as a patient, but I believe that my difficulty with Dr Silva's procedure is due to primary spasms of the lower back muscles despite daily stretching, pt, and yoga motions.
