This is for 1911 Glen Echo Nashville but the addreas for the office is not listed under the Optometris. This post is about inadequate customer service and the support for this type of behavior. Initially, an appointment was made for two people but the administrator preceded to process it as if we had no prior appointment scheduled which was not true. The staff is always so pleasant and helpful. Dr. Kyle is great and very knowledgeable. I am thankful for an eye doctor I can trust. They are very safe with COVID protocols and there is plenty of space in their office to maintain social distancing. Would highly recommend!

Needed contacts so I made an appointment with Eye Care Plus. They thought I had glaucoma, but retested the pressure and it turns out I don't, thanks for the scare! They were thorough, dilating my eyes and being upfront about what options my insurance would cover. Sadly, they didn't inform me until I was ready to leave that there was a $118 "fitting fee", something I've never heard of in 15 years of being a contacts/glasses wearer.
