Worst dentist office ever, front staff is rude ! If it wasn't that they already got paid from my insurance company for my sons braces , I would've transferred his care a long time ago. Appointments are every 3 or 4 months cause they are always overbooked , always sit for a hour and better , no grace period for patients running late ! All together terrible customer service ! My 11 yr old hates going there , 2yrs and nothing accomplished with his teeth, they have got to do better!!!!
They have good dentist, but the customer service is mediocre.
I arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment to fill out the new patient paper work and I still haven't been seen. My appointment was at 11 am and it is now 12:07 pm.
Professional and very well maintained facility.
