Very thorough, and always explains what is going on. He is great with kids. My daughter is very shy, and he always made sure she was comfortable.
very professional but very comfortable to work with even when he was working with[ my daughter ]whom is both physically and mentally challenged put her at ease talk directly to her and explained to her what they were going to have done and along with the staff at pomeroy er they helped us so much I count them as great blessing on a day that started out wrong Thank you for being there and for being angels my daughter is one of my heavenly treasurers and they treat her as such God Bless You
