Our child was in Springwood for over 4 days and the only call we received was for money. We went to the hospital and threatened to take her out right then and there. A counselor came out and tried to talk with us about it in the lobby! No return calls from the doctors after 4 days until we told them we wanted her discharged at noon. 4 days in Springwoods and our daughter got a couple of group sessions and saw a doctor for 10 minutes. 4 days!!
