Dr. Kwong Lo and his team are amazing. Form the moment you walk in, until the end of the visit it feels safe and welcoming. I have always been terrified of dental procedures and have had bad experiences with other dental offices, but Dr. Kwong Lo was so patient and compassionate he made me feel safe and secure. Even though, I still get a bit nervous about dental procedures but I am no longer terrified and I feel completely safe with Dr. Kwong Lo. The work that he and his team have done is amazing!
Been coming to this office since I was a kid. I was always taken care of with great hospitality and from personal experience, the staff are extremely kind and knowledgeable. I always enjoy coming and look forward to my visits.
