I called the office to ask about their services, and the receptionist mentioned that someone would return my call within 30 minutes or when available.I never received a follow-up — even after two days. I tried calling again, but the same thing happened. While I understand that offices can get busy, a simple update or call back would have made a big difference. I hope the team improves their response time and communication with clients in the future.
I’ve been coming to Dr. K Lo since I was a child and now my own family comes here. I’m grateful to have a wonderful, trusting and caring dentist that has basically been part of my family for decades and many more to come!
