Dr. Owusu and his team are great. I’ve been going here for a while. Always very thorough, I love that he holds you accountable for your health, beyond knowledgeable, professional and is empathetic. He always communicates my treatment plan and makes sure I’m okay with any changes I may need before changing anything. I’m never in the dark about my care, everything is thoroughly explained. Everyone here is so friendly and they always remember who you are! I really appreciate Dr. Owusu and his team!
My son was not seen by the doctor because I had an appointment for October 21 and they called me offering it for August 14th. Then they called me and canceled because he doesn't accept new patients! I already had my day off work! They are not professionals! Bad service. I'm going to charge my legal rights because I have all the messages and now I'm going to miss my work day! They are irresponsible! Poor service!
I think he is great. He listens to his patients, follows-up and it shows that he cares. His guidance has been helpful and addressed medical issues as they arise. I've been very happy with him.
Exceptional work. This Doctor does a quick and thorough job while encouraging patients like me to ask questions. 5 Stars isn't enough for doctor Owusu!!
