Dr. Kusum Atraya, DDS built me a sleep appliance to prevent sleep apnea from getting worse and to prevent chances of a stroke, improve heart health, and to improve energy. I sleep better (and wake more rested) when I have the appliance then without! My family also reports my snoring is minimal when wearing it so that’s a huge insentive since I remember when I wa s young my dad snored horribly.
