Dr Patel and the professional staff are very knowledgeable and responsive. They take whatever time is necessary to ask all the required questions and they listen to responses. They answer all questions thoughtfully and patiently. Ms Hill is very knowledgeable and answers questions thoughtfully The office is always prompt with appointments and returning inquiries.
My visit was comfortable and very professional by Dr. Patel and staff. Highly recommend.
Having prostate surgery and recovering both in the hospital and at home for a week with a triple catheter inside is not pleasant. The whole process was only made tolerable by the skill and care of Dr. Patel, the Staff at his office and the staff at Statesville hospital. So I would like to thank them all.
