Professional, pleasant and competent.
I have seen Dr. Patel in the past, wonderful person. He has taken care of my issue. My problem is with the lady at the front desk, she has got to be the rudest person. When I asked her questions over the phone( like can I get a sooner appointment) all she did was make an awful sigh, like I was bothering her. All I can say is if you dont like your job go flip burgers at McDonald's.
