Dr. Patel is literally the best doctor I’ve ever had. He’s always professional, and personable. He takes time to listen to his patients, then proscribes the appropriate treatment for the best resolution. He’s truly an outstanding and compassionate doctor. His staff is also outstanding. They are expedient about responding to patients calls and messages. They make the office run efficiently, with the same professional and compassionate approach that Dr. Patel gives.
I am writing this review in regards to the new patient enrollment process. While I'm sure Dr. Patel is an outstanding doctor with many great reviews. I coincidently was referred to this practice by my former primary doctor who has retired and my real estate broker who both speak so highly of Dr. Patel. My frustration is with the office staff who seem to delight in telling new patients that the doctor cannot see them for 3-4 months and that you must email all your documents eg: insurnace and license to the office manager. Bottom Line on Top: Phenomenal staff and attentive doctor. It's common to find reviews that love the doctor and hate the front-office folks, but Kush combines both a great manner with patients and a superb group of professionals across the office. You get real, personal attention every time you visit, and every time you call. We've been patients of Dr Patel for over twenty years. Dr. Patel has treated both my husband and I during both healthy times and during medical emergencies. He is the best doctor we have ever had! We have been seeing him for almost 20 years!!
THE best primary DR! Listens to patient and explains everything. I would recommend him in a heart beat!
