My first couple of visits I really liked Dr.K and her office. However overtime, her office has become disorganized with scheduling appts, she doesn't remember my medical history or concerns well during appts, she seems to always be training someone and has a stranger in the room on visits, and then for my husbands appt she was over 30 minutes late. Despite my appointment being the first one of the day, Dr. K was 30 minutes late to my appointment. Once the appointment did start, Dr. K was texting most of the time with her ringer on full volume. She did let me know that her son’s bus didn’t arrive that morning, which I was sympathetic to. However, she continued texting through the appointment, despite the issue with her son being resolved. This office I really wanted to like but between the front desk lady Vanessa hanging up on patients when she doesn’t like what you have to say because of a mistake SHE made and the doctor interrupting you when you are trying to explain Vanessa’s mistake which caused a delay in appt times, it’s not worth it. I never have problems with my doctors but I wanted to try this place to have a back up PCP for when my regular one is fully booked and because she’s a PCP of color, but was highly disappointed and received terrible treatme... read more
