Dr P great doctor but his staff is horrible. Worse front desk and nurse staff ever. staff is very unprofessional and rude
Had yet another great experience at North pediatrics with Dr. P. He is always patient and he listens to you. The front desk and the check out lady were also sweet. Thank you guys so much!
Dr. K is great! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ But the rest of his entire staff are worthless! Can’t manage to schedule an appointment correctly! So what is the point in making one if you don’t get seen the time of the appointment you made? The one’s in the back are just as lazy! Your questions don’t get answered & the wait is just as long because they are all in the back on their phones and playing around! Today was my first encounter with Dr. P. My daughter, 2, was relaxed and comfortable in his presence. His bedside manner is impeccable. He was gentle, thorough, knowledgeable and compassionate. This momma heart was breaking for my baby and Dr. Pflieger spent ample amount of time calming me and reassuring everything would be ok. I highly recommend checking him out if you’re looking for a brilliant pediatrician who cares.
