Attempted to have a referral processed to his office. The representative on phone was rude and extremely unprofessional. While attempting to making the appointment the representative had me on speaker phone so loud that it was back feeding through the hand set. HIPAA information about a Urology appointment being blasted through the office on speaker phone. The Doc is likely a great guy but I will never know because of the staff that works for him.
