I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior in a medical environment. From the receptionist not returning calls to the doctor not changing my prescription to a generic brand. This whole experience has been completely inconvenient and a waste of my time and money. I never write reviews but I had to warn people. Please take my experience into consideration before scheduling your next visit.
I recently moved to the North Shore and Dr. Brotherson was recommended. I am very happy with the experience so far. He spent a considerable amount of time getting to know me at the first visit. When I returned for a follow-up, he spent time reviewing and explaining each of the numbers on my annual lab report. No doctor has ever done that with me. In addition to sharing advice, he listened to my thoughts and "heard" what I had to say.
