Nervious All day (week) about my appointment. The entire team and Dentist Gormley helped me feel calm and relaxed..and even laughed with the team during and on my way out. With novicane(sp?)...THANK YOU!!! Not fearless yet, BUT, thankful for the care given!!!
My daughter went in for a cleaning. Made her wait a half hour in the waiting room even though no one else was there. Without even checking her insurance, insisted on a full mouth X-ray. When she asked them to check 1st, they came back and said the insurance covered nothing which after personally checking, found the insurance actually covers quite a bit.
