The NP is amazing for Dr Kunze. I am young and I have had alotmofnproblems for the last 15 years and she is the only nurse who has taken my symptoms seriously and made a plan to actually figure it out and fix it. The receptionists on the other hand……it seems like they’re not on the same track with eachother. They could be a lot nicer if they are working with people. Answered all my questions and took me serious. I really like he was willing to take me even though I’m not at the recommended age to get the colonoscopy done. He took my family history serious and he also did great with my endoscopy that I got done.
I made my appointment waited 2 months and didn't get any information in the mail or anything about where its at. I made the appointment for 10:40. Googled address that took me to batavia. I have a fractured foot to take my 2 toddlers with me to my appointment walk around the building for 15 minutes in the office so I go into a different office and ask them where it is. Just want to say thank you to Dr Kunze and his staff for doing a procedure inBatavia today they made me feel safe even with covid-19 I felt comfortable and well taken care of thank you again....; )
Staff is the epitome of incompetence. They scheduled me for THE WRONG CITY!!!!
