Dr. Mavunda is one of the most amazing doctors in South Florida. Her knowledge of infectious diseases and vaccination advice is unlike any other doctor and she really goes the extra mile to ensure her patients are comfortable and well-informed. Her team is also amazing and very welcoming!
I absolutely love Dr. Mavunda! She took care of my firstborn in the NICU for RDS, and her care was truly unforgettable. More recently, she saw my second baby in her office at just 2 months old due to RSV complications. I tried to schedule an appointment for my firstborn again (he’s now 2 and I believe he may have RAD), but was told she only sees preemies. I’m so bummed! She’s an amazing doctor, and I wish we could continue seeing her.
Where do I start. Dr Mavunda is a great Doctor who cares for her patients. My baby is premature and she has been so professional with us and my son, she takes the time to listen and help us with any concerns about the baby’s health. Now days it is hard to find a Doctor that really takes care of patients. Here she is. The best pulmonologist for your child. Thank you for being such a great doctor.
