I've been going to Dr Ks for all my many vehicles over the past 20 years! I moved to Neptune in 2004 and left in 2016. I now live in Burlington County and still bring all my vehicles and my daughters there for all my repairs. Not just great service but I trust whatever they say. And that is more important to me then anything. Jay and Harry tell it to you straight. No bs. I can't say enough about this repair shop and would recommend them to all I know for there car repair needs. Thanks guys!
Great service, trustworthy and knowledgeable. I've taken my car here a few times and I've never once felt like I was being taken advantage of. Everything they're doing is explained plainly, and I've never been surprised by anything on the bill or gotten any "Oh, while we're here we may as well do this, that, and the other." I'd recommend anyone and everyone to take their vehicles here for service.
I had the best repair experience with Jay at Dr. K's. I was out of town in Asbury Park when my car broke down. Jay meticulously diagnosed an unusual issue and communicated with me every step of the way. I told him I was on a time constraint and needed to get back up to northern New Jersey for work and he went above and beyond to repair the car quickly so I could get back on the road. I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience. Thank you, Jay, for saving the day! 10/10 experience.
