Hey Guys, Please be aware if your Blood pressure is high when you measure at home, make sure you ask the medical assistants at Evergreen Health to use automated machines. They fake the number during manual BP checkup and document a prettier number to make you feel good. When they take manual Blood pressure they just conveniently say a pretty number so you go home happy and your doctor don't treat you for a high blood pressure. Whenever I walk into the reception area of Urgent Care there are people waiting patiently, often uncomfortably, to receive medical services. The number of Google Reviews found here is statistically insignificant compared to the number of people who line up every day to benefit from the services of this organization. Had to use a kiosk to sign in and type all my info, then they had my old address zip that I forgot and couldn't get past authentication. So I left. 2 others before me did the same because of the line. Bring back human checkins.
This is not toward the doctor or nurses who were caring and awesome but the desk people and phone people are terrible and lazy. I waited with my mom while the desk person finished sending a text UNACCEPTABLE!!! Then while we waited she never told us it would be over an hour. I also saw her walk away from the phone while it was ringing!!!! She told the other person who was talking to another employee to “ grab that if you can I got to get some water”! Nobody answered it!!
