This is not toward the doctor or nurses who were caring and awesome but the desk people and phone people are terrible and lazy. I waited with my mom while the desk person finished sending a text UNACCEPTABLE!!! Then while we waited she never told us it would be over an hour. I also saw her walk away from the phone while it was ringing!!!! She told the other person who was talking to another employee to “ grab that if you can I got to get some water”! Nobody answered it!! Super fast on getting me in to see doctor.
This clinic and it's receptionist were somewhat mediocre and tbh incompetent. I saw most patients were self-centered and didn't respect other's privacy. What really made us disappointed was a surprised $273 bill added only for a 10-minute PCP visit for med refill, also the rejection to waive the $200 deductible with their charity program. Glad our nurse and the lady on the top floor were friendlier, and this location is the nearest urgent care from where we live.
