Saw Kamal for a lingering cough and sore throat. She immediately ordered a strep test and chest Xray. Xray results took a while to get. Was given cough meds and antibiotics. Coughing is still the same even after 4 days taking the meds and sleepless nights. So I called and requested a stronger cough medicine as the prescribed ones were not effective. Thanks very much. Ms. Magda front desk was very nice and prompt service. I was in 10 out of 10 pain and sleepless nights and grumpy. The exam room nurse was great, helping calm my anxiety. The room has a reclining chair and feet rest, she also got me medicine and water that was prescribed from the doctor. Dr. Jeff gives great information, is very knowledgeable, and went above and beyond finding a pharmacy and the times they are available for me, including when lunch break time. The other reviews are correct. Online wait time is never accurate. It said 15-30 min wait but was over an hour wait. They take people based on who comes first, not who is the most urgent i.e. several people came in complaining of heart issues and they still had to wait behind all the people with a simple cough/cold. I had an exam with Dr. Island who told me I was “as pale as Casper”. Not sure how that is professional or helpful in the least. Maybe if I didn’t wait so long I would’ve had more color in my face 🤦♀️
