Super fast on getting me in to see doctor.
This clinic and it's receptionist were somewhat mediocre and tbh incompetent. I saw most patients were self-centered and didn't respect other's privacy. What really made us disappointed was a surprised $273 bill added only for a 10-minute PCP visit for med refill, also the rejection to waive the $200 deductible with their charity program. Glad our nurse and the lady on the top floor were friendlier, and this location is the nearest urgent care from where we live.

I was essentially Sucker punched by a nurse. I went in for back spasms and if I knew more I would have to the ER instead. Which I had to. My eyes were watering uncontrollably, I could barely speak. The questions went on and on. At one point when I had my back turned the nurse jabbed me where I said it hurt most so hard I collapsed, ready to crawl out rather than stay. Guess he didn't believe it really hurt. They also told me that they don't give pain meds on site.
