I called on three different occasions to get an appointment. First time I was told I would be called back. One week later after no call, I called again. I was told that they did accept my insurance and that I would be called to schedule an appointment. Two weeks later after no call, I called again to follow up. This time I was told that Dr. Pistone herself would be calling me to schedule an appointment. She has not called, nor has anyone associated with her practice ever returned even one of my calls.
