I’m 57 years old and this is probably the most prompt medical experience of my life. Still cannot believe it. My appointment was for 12PM. I arrived at 11:45. I checked in and within 5 minutes I was called to the back. I waited for the doctor less than three minutes. She asked about my condition and immediately began addressing the problem areas. She was thorough and thoughtful. She completed the procedure and I walked out of her office at 12:06. Absolutely blew me away. I have never had a doctor that efficient with my time.... read more

She makes you feel very comfortable She is very personable Will take her time w/ you & answer all your questions you don’t feel rushed ..

Took a long time just to schedule an appointment. I had to wait an hour beyond my appointment because she was behind schedule. She could have explained more in detail of my condition, the follow-up and procedures needed. The assistant provided me care instructions sheet without going over it with me. Seems this office is running cattle thru the shoots and in a hurry

Dr Payne is amazing. She is so caring and understanding with my daughter. She worked with my daughter’s rheumatologist to find a better solution for her treatment and now her hair is growing back and her skin is gorgeous again!!! Thank you Dr. Payne!!
