I recently met Dr Brecke for coffee and to network. It felt like we had known each other for years. She is easy to talk with, gentle mannered and calming. I imagine she makes her clients and providers feel the same way. I know from experience that having someone like Dr. Brecke at the helm of this counseling group means that they providers care and will work hard to help you achieve your therapy goals.

“Dr Brecke has been serving Eagan and the local community for over a decade. What a breath of fresh air to have a local small clinic. that is owner operated. The office is really great (lots of light and private). All the staff I have ran into seem to be warm and professional. I like that they offer service for teens and have evening and in person hours available. It’s pretty rare these days!

What a great idea, massage and counseling all in one suite. I’ve know Kristy and Lisa, the owners for years and they are not only passionate about the care for their clients but make sure they only hire the best therapists.Your life will be better for it.
