Doctor Jones & his staff are knowledgeable, professional & courteous. Dr. Jones always takes time to explain my problems, will show me illustrations to better explain the problem and the treatments. He is very concerned for his patients & helps to get the best treatment available. I can get an appointment to see Dr. Jones in a timely manner. Dr. Jones is the best all around doctor I have seen in many many years. He does not try to blow you off or make you think problems are in your head. He definitely cares for his patients.
Not to long ago I hurt myself on the job site. I was sent to Dr. Jones and my experience was awful. Since it was workman's comp. He treated me very rude and said my results were due to a degenerate disease. Southern Bone & Joint in Dothan even told me after my MRI this doctor should be removed from the medical field. My Surgeon repaired my rotator cuff. It was a low grade partial thickness tear. The worst was two labrum tears in my bicep tendon and posterior labrum. Those were cut and reattached.
