I have been a patient of Dr Krol for 15+ years. She is an excellent doctor ! I suffered terribly with allergies for a long time. Dr Krol introduced me to the allergy drops instead of weekly shots and they have helped me tremendously! She is one of the only allergy doctors that offers this and she is extremely knowledgeable with the drops. I highly recommend this doctor !

HORRIBLE!! I scheduled an appointment when I was able to to get tested for food allergies/environmental allergies with the new COVID protocols they was only one patient at a time which was fine that wasn’t the problem.. I had to have three appointments to be be tested I never ONCE met the doctor because she said because of COVID she didn’t wanna be near people, again that was fine. Absolutely horrible office called to try to see if I can be put on the list to get an earlier appointment if cancellations occur. I was getting annoyed at the robotic questions that were being asked while I was trying to explain my situation was then hung up on.
