Doctor Passarelli and her staff members are amazing human beings. They work around your schedule and listen carefully to your needs. Passarelli is the best physician ever!
I did not have a good experience here with medical care. And I do not like Kristina's bedside manner. The communication style to me was snappy and unprofessional for no reason. So I went elsewhere.
Easy to talk, made me felt heard and was knowledgeable.
If I could give Dr. Passarelli 10 stars I would. I have never felt more seen and heard by a doctor - ever. She is kind, knowledgable, personable, makes you feel comfortable, and truly listens to her patients. She doesn't rush you through appointments, takes the time to genuinely listen to you, and actually wants to get to the bottom of your symptoms - no matter how big or small they are. She is the absolute best! HIGHLY recommend.
Dr. Passarelli was wonderful. She took my symptoms seriously, was more than happy to answer all the questions I had, and explained next steps/how my new treatment works in a way that I could understand easily. comprehensive, warm, and professional care. I absolutely recommend this practice.
