She is not a provider that shows any empathy for her patients situations. She doesn't care about the results of her actions. And doesn't listen to patient or family feedback. If you want to find and understanding physician I would not recommend her.

I started as a new patient over a year ago, and have had several health concerns that Inshared with her via the patient portal, not ONCE did she advise me to come in, so the only time I saw her was the new patient intake appointment. Her assistant is also extremely rude, and even hung up the phone on me whike I was asking questions pertaining to my illness. Most recently, I developed a 103°+ fever for almost a week, and her assistant advised me to alternate advil and tylenol and wait till next week and maybe make an appointm... read more

Dr Templin was my Dr for 25 years untill I move to Pittsburgh. She is in my opinion the best Dr I ever dealt with. I miss her and her care so much !!

Rude staff. Dr. Templin's idea of a yearly physical is asking 5 questions. Over charges co-pays - mine was $40 but they charged $60. I asked and was told that's the price, non negotiable. Had some pain and needed a refresh of a prescription, and was told I'd need to be seen again, if I wanted a refill. She's just In it to make as much money she can for minimal effort.
