Best doctor who cares and follows thru with his patients. Has an excellent understanding of medical conditions and does not rush thru an appointment. His staff is professional and one doesn't have to ask over and over again to get something done.
I have interacted with several Northwell Health offices, and unfortunately, my experience with this particular location has been the most disappointing. The staff were unresponsive and, at times, came across as rude and unprofessional. I found the level of service to be lacking in both courtesy and effectiveness. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this office to others.
Staff very unhelpful and rude
Staff are not helpful at all.
My former primary doctor retired and so I went to Dr. Gordon's office for first time today. Staff was efficient and friendly. Dr. Gordon was superb. He listened well to my concerns, spent time without any feeling of being in a rush, and made me feel like he genuinely cared. It was one of my finest doctor's appointments in a very long time.
