I just had cataract surgery at eye associates in Santa Fe with Dr Reidy. I highly recommend her and her staff. They were all so kind, attentive, positive and caring. Thank you one and all. It was they best of a situation that had to be done for healthy living
She runs a department staffed with caring people especially the nurses who watch over you and constantly keep you informed and comfortable. The admin staff is professional and organized. I am going back tomorrow for a check up and am "looking" forward to it. Larry H Colin
In early November 2022 after my visit with Dr. Reidy, desk staff made an appointment for me for 3/4/23, at 1:40 p.m. which was in error, as this was a Saturday. They then dropped the appt without contacting me. I had to call and then get a new appt., the soonest for 5/4/23 at 1:40 p.m. This has made renewing my driver's license very stressful--an ordeal. Not my fault!
I highly recommend Dr. Reidy. She went above and beyond the call of duty last night when she saw me at 9:30 at night because my eye was hurting following my second cataract surgery with her 3 weeks ago. I think very few doctors would have responded as quickly and generously as she did to my phone call. Thank you, Dr. Reidy!
I spend half my life it seems in doctor’s offices and Dr Reidy is truly in a league of her own in my opinion. I was brought in for an emergency appointment at what should have been past office hours in some of the worst pain I’ve experienced. She was knowledgeable and thorough and compassionate. Have had two follow up after cataract surgery. I still have a great deal of pain. Doctor doesn't seem to understand my pain and the results I am dealing with. Not impressed at alll by Eye Associates.
