I was shocked to arrive for my appointment and find out my doctor had left and was replaced by another I would soon meet. Ok…and during our very brief and timed appointment, we spent more of the maybe 10 minutes talking about his history and I was not examined in any way - no look at blood, nothing. So - I think I’m looking for a new doctor.
Dr Cook is a special doctor that listens to his patients and asks questions to get to the issue.
If I could give zero stars, I would. No one informed my father that his insurance wasn’t accepted, something that should’ve been made clear upfront. Instead, he was charged over $300 for a visit where the doctor did absolutely nothing but glance at the issue and send him on his way. This practice clearly prioritizes billing over patient care. If you’re in it just for the money, do us all a favor and find another profession. What a joke.
