If you ask a hard question she doesn’t know the answer to, she will punt you. She doesn’t call and let you know she wants you to see someone else. She just has her office continue canceling your appointment. Really professional. Don’t waist your time.
Follow up and returning phone calls are a problem. If you need them between visits for test results or problems you might want to find another provider. I needed to know what to do with my medication before I ran out and spent money on filling a prescription that I didn’t need to. Which was a good thing because it needed upped. I never did get all my test results until I saw other providers that she said she would call me with. She never did explain why she didn’t call me.
Very helpful and always listens to you. She works hard to come up with answers to assist in your healing. Her only down side is she is very liked and difficult getting into see her.
Dr. Yandora is a breath of fresh air in the sometimes overly stuffy field of medicine, her willingness to listen and explain makes you feel very comfortable, important when someone is trying to fix your brain, and her eye towards new treatments and openness left me very confident about my treatment options. Have and will recommend.
