I saw Dr. Kristie for EMDR therapy a few years ago. What stood out most was how authentically she showed up in our sessions. There was no stiff professional mask/persona. During one of the most difficult periods in my life, her support felt incredibly grounding and helpful. She also emphasized the importance of building resiliency, which I think is often lacking in the therapy world. Amazing therapist!

What really stands out is how well she collaborates with other therapists to provide the best support possible for her clients.
