Made an appointment over a month in advance only to be scheduled to a virtual visit the following day. Then no one called me for the virtual visit. Waited 10mins and then called the only number listed and left a message. A hospital receptionist called back and said that no one from the clinic was answering so she left a message that I was still waiting for a call for my virtual visit.
