Made appt with Dr Ducote. Didn’t bother to tell me she moved to Hammond. Needed a prior authorization for a prescription, 10 days and still waiting. Government St office doesn’t know what they’re doing
I love dr ducote and her staff but it’s just that I went to the doctors Two days ago and I still don’t have my prescription and we’re supposed to get a phone call today I’ll get it handled today and it wasn’t handled so I’m still waiting. I think it’s very important that your patients have their medicine on time. But overall I have no complaints
Love Dr. Ducote. Very through, takes her time, answers all of your questions.
She left her practice and didn’t let her patients know. Now it’s almost impossible to get prescription refills without having to find a new pcp
She relocated and I am at a loss for an understanding , clear, thorough and informative doctor. Her life experiences helped prepare me for cervical and joint replacements which made everything smoother. She is a great doc, Cost conscience but also very aware of her patients health overall. She is sorely missed.
Dr. Ducote is an exceptional physician. She is intelligent, patient and a great listener.
If you have a nice normal life and ou have the typical physical ailments and illnesses that come along, she’ll probably do fine for you. But if you’re a bit war torn, have a few tattered edges, have seen or experienced trauma, she’s doesn’t seem capable or interested in how to treat depression and not so obvious, textbook-covered factors that affect one’s mental health.
I love my time spent with Dr Ducote. I am so happy I found her. She is so intelligent, patient, and caring. She spends more than enough time with me. With other Drs in the past I dreaded going but I love my visits with her. I trust her with my health. Highly recommend her!!!!
