Efficient, explains testing results.
Professional, excellent care from John and Kelly in the office. John explained everything to my Sr. Mother as he did it. Quiet, no other patients at the time. Big problem booking appointment (8 phone calls with messages to connect with Kelly but can’t get through to her if you miss her call. Then unfortunately we had to reschedule. 4 more phone calls, then John had Kelly call me to make appt. and we got it scheduled.
Great experience, new dr for me and I lock up talking g to them, but this was pleasant and straight forward, nurse was very informative 😀
Waiting room is too small! Staff was good.
