My experience with this office was disappointing. Concerns we raised about my daughter’s health were repeatedly brushed off, even when we were trying to seek guidance and recommendations. When you come to a specialist for help especially for something rare, which he himself stated my daughter was one of only a few cases in the state you expect to be heard and treated with care. Unfortunately, we did not feel respected or taken seriously during our visits.

I recommend looking for another hematologist. During my sister’s serious illness, we frequently felt that her condition and concerns were not taken as seriously as they should have been, and the level of communication and compassion was disappointing. Our experience left our family feeling that her care could have been handled much better.

I am sharing this review with a heavy heart following the loss of my niece B. Our experience with Dr. Krishna Gundabolu was deeply concerning. My aunt was under this doctor’s care for over two years while battling a rare disease. Throughout that time, our family repeatedly advocated for a transfer and additional treatment options, but our concerns were always dismissed. Her pain and symptoms were consistently disregarded, which was deeply troubling and heartbreaking to witness. By the time action was finally taken, it was too late and cost her life. Our experience left us feeling unheard, unsupported, and devastated.
