Dr. Mohit Batra is truly the best I've ever met. He took his time, was very patient with my daughter, who is very shy. She was able to choose from many different frames and felt very confident. Everything was done with a smile and a laugh. I will truly say this is one of the best eye doctors I've ever been to.
I was misdiagnosed with 2 different things. I saw 2 other doctors afterwards who both confirmed that what I was diagnosed with at Sound Vision, was simply not true. I was told to come back monthly for “check ups” on one of these diagnoses. I will not be returning back.
Wonderful and easy experience! Dr. Batra and staff were very pleasant, thorough and knowledgeable about my entire care. For someone who has not completed an eye exam for some time, I was worried and Dr Batra reassured me throughout the entire visit and went into specific details and suggestions on how to better manage contacts. Definitely recommend!
I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Batra. He was quick yet thorough, paying close attention to every detail of my eye infection. He made sure I received the right treatment, and the follow-up was just as efficient, ensuring everything cleared up properly. I really appreciated his professionalism and care.
