Always pleased with Dr Kasimos and her team!
I was removed as a patient based on a letter claiming there had been "several" disrespectful incidents. That statement is simply untrue. There was one incident at this clinic in which I spoke with a receptionist who was disrespectful toward me, raised her voice, and spoke in an arrogant and dismissive manner. Dr KK and her staff are fantastic. Yes, they're really busy and it may be hard to get an appointment quickly but they always book us in advance and it's been great. The staff will pass questions on to her and she'll respond (through them) with a quick solution. There's always the walk-in clinic if you need it. Her professionalism and knowledge are exemplary and her treatment/suggestions are always great. They are not taking any more patients so if you're looking - sorry - but they deserve a great review!
