Good doctor, lousy staff. You will spend a very long time on hold to get an appointment. The staff have lost every bit of paperwork ever sent to them by another provider. You will wait weeks, if not months, to get results from any tests she orders. Dr. Bringman is a good listener and usually gives good referrals. She does take the time to explain tests and conditions. Unfortunately, her staff makes visits a frustrating experience.

Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes Did they follow up with you after your appointment? I had a follow-up appointment, but I scheduled it. Did this provider answer all of your questions? Some were answered Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes Was this provider's staff friendly? Friendly Enough Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!

Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute

Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

comfortable waiting room. except in emergencies, the doctor has been pretty prompt. doctors & staff all very pleasant and patient with people coming into the office. i'm happy to have her as a doctor.

Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes
