Noone there to pick up calls. Money minded, always wants patients to visit clinic to discuss blood work results so she can get money from us and insurance which results can be discussed over call too. Waited me for 40mins while i was there before appointment time , don't respect others time. Diagnosis was also just ok
In terms of nice she is nice. However, nobody calls to explain test results EVER!! I have saw her for the same issue within 3 months having the same tests ran nobody calls you back for results after calling numerous times the office seems confused. The issue is either she’s at the limit with patients or she doesn’t have adequately support. I never received my referral nobody has called to explain the results of my test after calling the office and explaining to them nobody called to explain the results they still haven’t exp... read more
