In terms of nice she is nice. However, nobody calls to explain test results EVER!! I have saw her for the same issue within 3 months having the same tests ran nobody calls you back for results after calling numerous times the office seems confused. The issue is either she’s at the limit with patients or she doesn’t have adequately support. Very thorough physician. Dr. Balaney will not leave any small issue without attention and treatment.
Amazing experience
I have been seeing Dr Balaney for about 20 years now and I can’t say enough amazing things about her!!! She is attentive, compassionate, such a good listener, she gives you all her time instead of just trying to rush you out and see next patient… I actually enjoy going to see her! She is a one of a kind doctor who truly cares about her patients!!!!
