The doctor and his staff are probably the most unprofessional group of people extant. If I could give this practice MINUS five stars I would have. The office staff are rude, the doctor is deeply strange and became verbally abusive when I asked questions pertinent to my husband's health issues. He actually told me that I should consult a health professional because I seemed to be showing signs of memory loss. I had my appointment with Dr. Lessnau and all I could think to myself during my interaction with him was how pleasant and attentive he is. He took his time to listen to my concerns as well as explain everything in great detail and not just doctor talk or be dismissive with me. Dr. Lessnau actually took the time to look at my medical history as well as my families to see why could be causing my underlying issues.
