I have been treated by both Drs. Andrew and Kirsten Lee and they've been incredibly patient in explaining all my options and the pros and cons of each. Their work has been very professional and during treatment they explain the process as they go, prioritizing my comfort and care. I'm grateful I found them as I left another dentist that lacked the personalized feeling as I receive from this clinic. Tracy and the other front reception staff have also been very friendly and helpful.

私はいつも歯の治療の時麻酔をしません。治療の痛みは日本人なら誰でも慣れてますが、後の麻酔の気持ち悪さが嫌いです。その希望も聞いて頂き、歯茎が痛くなった時の電話対応もスムーズで、次の日の予約取って頂き、対応に不満を感じたことはありません。今まで3回歯医者を変わりました、今までのとこは、告知なしで歯を抜かれたり、勝手に麻酔打たれて治療されたりと、かなり抗議しています。竹内に来て良かったと思います。
