The receptionist appeared inadequately trained and lacked the necessary understanding of how to interact professionally with patients. She was either documenting notes or appearing to do so, but was noticeably loud in a manner that seemed to mimic or mock patient behavior. Worst receptionist ever. Do not understand the needs of the patient at all and will talk bad about the patient right where they are listening. Completely unprofessional. Wait time pushes an hour but cannot work with your own schedule.
Dr.Ramchandani and staff were very caring and professional while I was in their care. Very great full to find a Dr and staff who does their job excellent.
