Wonderful experience, felt that Dr Kannangara was very knowledgable and the service in the office was excellent
I’m transgender and Dr Kishani has been an amazing ally and advocate for my gender affirmation journey. She is kind, informative and understands transgender people. I felt completely at ease in my appointments and didn’t feel judged or like I had to ‘prove’ anything. Highly recommend.
Dr Kannangara was dismissive during my consult and has not even bothered to send any correspondence to my referring Dr after 3 months - even when my GPs office requested reporting for a follow up appointment. not sure what I spent $200 on and wish I could get a refund. Not again.
I have been seeing Dr Kannangara for many years and I highly recommend her, she is lovely and caring and explains everything in a way that's very easy to understand.
Incompetent support staff; doctor responds to complaints without compassion and even hints that treatment may be withheld for disagreeing with her. Worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. Oh, and the receptionist was the rudest, most curt and obnoxious human I've ever spoken with. Literally had an attitude from the first ever phone call for absolutely no reason! So bizarre.
