It's obvious that dealings w/Dr K Patel is a 6 in 1 hand, 1/2 doz in the other. When you sit w/him it's great, anything else is a possible headache. MAKE SURE ALL DOCUMENTS ARE SIGNED B4 LEAVING THE OFFICE when possible. My document was sent w/o a signature and it still took almost 2 weeks to get handled. I drove 2 hours to this dump and left work early because it’s covered by my insurance. It’s in a terrible neighborhood with a horrendous parking situation. I walked in for my appointment at 3:30pm and was told at reception that the doctor had left for the day. I asked why they didn’t call me and they said they did. Absolutely AWFUL doctor and workers. These people LOVE money. They do not care at all about your wellbeing or if you’re dying or need help. They are only here to make business and do not care for help. My dad has been suffering with something for so long and went to multiple doctors. This doctor did an imaging and found something and told him it was actually nothing when it clearly was in the results.
