I wouldn’t bother trying to get an appointment with this joker. I had an appointment scheduled beginning of dec. I received a call the night before apologizing he would have to reschedule. Now I just received a text message, not even a phone call, telling me the appointment had to be cancelled without the option to reschedule.
Dr. Patel has been treating me for 3 years. He has been an amazing Dr, utilizing all the tools in his tool box to support me through what has been a very turbulent time with my health. He is empathetic, a great listener and practices medicine with alternative ways of natural healing and western influence. It’s the perfect balance. I would recommend him 100%.
This is the worst doctor and clinic I have visited so far. Staff is so irresponsible that I have to call them twice and remind them to get MRI approval from insurance. My appointment was cancelled two times saying that doctor has emergency. Doctor and staff are both are so irresponsible that they even not bothered about patients health. They have open the offices just to charge you high bills.
After going to several doctors and feeling no relief, I was finally helped in this office! They provided me with infusion treatment at the first visit that helped to feel better right after for my chronic headache which I never thought would go away. They have diagnostic means that help to stay in the same place rather than being sent from one place to another. Very clean office and staff took care of my needs. I saw Dr Patel and Dr Ilic and they both very helpful, thank you guys!
I waited for over 30 minutes in an empty office. He barely looked at me in the eyes when talking and spoke at me rather than to me. I wasn't comfortable asking questions and didn't full trust him.
Dr. Patel's staff is rude and completely incompetent. Not returning calls, Dr. Patel not returning calls, faxing necessary reports to other doctors NEVER happens. It is ridiculous.
