Dr. Alagirisamy has been my dentist for several years now and I couldn't be more pleased with her gentleness and compassion. She always puts me at ease during my appointments. She was also able to get my root canal approved through my insurance company who had previously told me no. Very grateful for her.
Dr. "Samy," as she is called in the office, was exceptionally kind and patient with me. I have not seen a dentist in several years as I did not have insurance; I just got covered and was experiencing a great deal of pain. Their office was able to get me in the same week due to a cancellation. The staff (especially Debbie) was very personable and helpful, and they put me at ease right away even though I was anxious about my pain and how bad my teeth probably were. I will preface this by saying that I have a lot of dental trauma that kept me out of a dental office for literal years. I was nervous in the beginning obviously, but I had been told good things so I went to my first scheduled appointment as a new patient. The staff was friendly and the paperwork they gave me put a lot of emphasis on understanding dental fears, which also helped.
