I had a diagnosis/evaluation done at the clinic. I did not pay a co pay as they would bill my insurance. I have continuously received statements in the mail. I paid the first one (25$) and I have kept getting more and more deceitful statements in the mail. I am consulting with a lawyer for I will not be railroaded by these people. The fact these mental health professionals are treating us like this is UNACCEPTABLE. The whole office seemed in disarray when I visited, too. Get ready Dr Waller!!!!!!

Hi, if you are an adult seeking to be diagnosed as Autistic, don't bother coming here. If you're looking to be ultimately told during your review you're standing diagnoses are invalid despite receiving effective treatment in the past four years, be told "You shouldn't look stuff up like this on the internet" without mentioning if you had, "You don't look like any of the patients with autism I've interacted with" and "You should be glad you're not autistic" go ahead. I visited Dr. Waller in August 2021 and had a positive experience with her. I received a diagnosis quickly and I did not pay a copay at the time, as told me she would bill my insurance first. I never received a bill in the mail or a phone call, or even an email from the office. Fast forward to January 5th, 2022, when I received a bill in the mail for almost $400 that stated it was over 90 days past due and was being sent to collections. Upon checking my insurance, they told me they had covered most of it and I only owed $80 ... read more
